Grand Auto and Motor Race through Europe

  1. This race is driven through streets in Europe.
  2. In every race the start and the end of the race will be in different cities in Europe.
  3. The current year race starts on 01.10.2009.
  4. The start is in Talin (the capital city of Estonia) and the end is in Lisabon (Portugal). We will inform you about the hotel in Talin (the place from where the race will start) 30 days before the race starts.
  5. In this race, endurance, persistence and adaptability should be shown as a result, but most of all humanism of the competitors is important.
  6. Graet percentage of the payment will be donated to the Childerens Clinics world wide, where the money is mostly needed.

The rules of the race

  1. The right of taking part inthisrace has all people in the planet with theirs or with their loaned cars, jeeps or motorbikes.
  2. The racers will be divided into two categories. In one category will race cars and jeeps and at the other category motorbikes.
  3. Who will first reach the edge he will be the winner.
  4. There will be two winners each in category.
  5. The winners will get money reward which will be the half of the total for category.
  6. There is no limit in age, power and the type of the vehicles or the motorbikes.
  7. The vehicles and motorbikes are not allowed to be handmade. They should have frame number and engine number.
  8. It is forbidden changing the vehicles in run of the race. You should finish the race with the same vehicle or motorbike that you have started the race.
  9. The number of the racers is not limited.
  10. The team of the vehicle can’t have more then two members.
  11. The team members can’t change places in the run of the race. That person who will start the race the same is supposed to finish it till the end otherwise there will be disqualifications.
  12. Every participant himself will bear with the expenses for thearrangements, fuel, pay toll, breakdowns etc.
  13. Every participant is constrained to save the tickets from the pay toll, which he has paid in the time of the race. And the same tickets need to be given to the organizer otherwise there will be disqualification.
  14. Every racer decides by himself about the way and the speed.
  15. if somebody has an incident or other communication damage during the race the organizer does not have any responsibility.

Application for participating in the race

  1. The application for participating in this race is via internet (on-line).
  2. the application ends 30 days before the race stars respectively on 31.08.2009
  3. Please make sure you write your exact e-mail and telephone number, so we can inform you about possible news or changes related to this race.
  4. all the racers should arrive in Talin till 30.09.2009 in that hotel which will be published by the organizer in this web site or in your e-mail address until 15.09.2009
  5. For one night there will be paid a room in the hotel for two people and parking space for your vehicle.
  6. Every racer has the right to choose one person who will follow the run of the race. The expenses for that person you will pay by yourself.
  7. To get the right for participating in this race you should pay 1000euro for a vehicle or motorbike.
  8. you will do the payment in bank in our exchange bank account: With the sign RACE BY EUROPE.
  9. The confirmation for the payment you should send to the organizer by fax on this number: + 389 42 241 118 and an original copy you should send to the organizer in Talin before the race starts.
  10. Please make sure you have given the correct information otherwise you won’t have the right to participate.
  11. Every change about your personal information can be done at least seven days before the race starts.
